I Love Valley Medical Weight Control this is my second time joining and i would recommend them to anyone having trouble loosing weight!!!
I LOVELOVELOVE this program. when I started in january 2012 I wore a size 22w/24w clothes, today I bought a pair of pants that is a size 16w. woohoo I sooooooo psyched. I highly reccomend this program.
On February 1, 2012, I began a battle that had defeated me every time in the past-weight loss. I have worked incredibly hard the past couple months, and am so excited to say that it will NOT defeat me this time. In the past two months, I have lost a total of 43 pounds! Thanks to Valley Medical Weight Control, I am eating healthy, exercising 6 times a week, and finally losing weight!
The staff are always friendly and encouraging. I love the program, and would recommend it to everyone!
Both my husband and I have been going to Valley Medical Weight Loss since November and are nearing 30 lbs weight loss. The staff and doctors are wonderful to work with, the system is easy to follow and we are extremely pleased with the results. We have referred two friends as well. For safe weight loss assistance…I would recommend VMWL!

I’ve been very impressed with VMWC! I have been on programs at other places that didn’t work for me and I’ve finally found a program here that works! The supplements do wonders for both my body and self esteem! I’m down about 10 pounds and counting. The supplements that I took at a different weight loss clinic gave me massive headaches and had side effects, but the supplements at VMWC have had no side effects for me….
The office staff and doctor are extremely professional and friendly. I have really seen a difference in the way I look and feel.

The office staff and doctor are extremely professional and friendly. I love the fact that I can get in and out in less than 20 min. I am going for the shots to get more energy. Two of the benefits are that I am sleeping better and I am losing weight too.
I started going to Valley Medical Weight Control about a month ago, I love the results I am getting, I’ve been losing about 2 pounds per week. I am not hungry all the time and have alot more energy! Absolutely, you can eat the same things just increase the amount of food for him to increase the calories.
I have a question. My husband and I are in the program and I’m on the 1200 cal/day and he’s on the 1600 cal/day menu. Is there a way we can combine the two so we don’t have to make separate meals and still achieve our cal intake?

I began the program on June 7th the results have been fantastic. I have lost over 40 lbs. I was wearing a size 18/20 and now I am in a 12!!!! I have been coming to valley medical for overa year,I have tried so many different diets over the years, And i had been waiting for over a couple of months for them to open and when they did was the best thing ever i lost weightg i have kept it off still have to work at it but the way i feel and look has made me feel like a whole new person I tell all my friends about it and many of them have come and lost weight as well so thanks so much for you at valley medical have done to help change my life!

I have had such a pleasant experience with the weight loss clinic. I have “dieted” with some type of diet all my life. I am 73 years old and have a lot of heart trouble and I need to control my weight and fluid retention. The staff have all been so pleasant and encouraging and though my weight loss has been slow, it is happening. I appreciate the pleasant smile and comments from Melanie at the desk and Cheryl with the shots and meds. Everyone is wonderful and I do not hesitate to recommend the whole program to anyone. Today is Wednesday July 27,2011 and I just started my weightloss journey with VMWC. I am truely excited and can’t wait til I start to see results. I was already workingout daily but even since starting the meds today I noticed a difference and was able to workout much longer without getting tired. 190 here I come. (need to loose 70lbs).

WOW!! What a fantastic place. I never thought I would say this but… when I walked through your doors for the first time I was skeptical. Now I know it is not only possible but a much easier lifestyle change than I ever thought. I am down 42 lbs, 2 pant sizes and one complete shirt size in 4 months. My quality of life is improving with every weigh in and even on those few weeks when there is not much of a change, the staff keeps me from ever being discouraged.
